Description

If you’re looking for a cold, tangy tropical mango smoothie, then this recipe is for you! Simple and quick to whip up, chopped mango and banana add a beautiful, refreshing flavour, and it’s absolutely delicious!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 200g mango nectar
  • 200g vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 banana

Instructions

  1. Cut the mango into pieces and place in the Thermomix bowl.
  2. Peel a banana and add in with the mango.
  3. Weigh in the vanilla yoghurt and mango nectar.
  4. Close the lid, add the mc and blend for 20 seconds/speed 5.

Notes

  • Frozen banana and mango can be used in place of fresh and creates a beautifully thick smoothie; they will just need to be blitzed for longer.
