If you’re looking for a cold, tangy tropical mango smoothie, then this recipe is for you! Simple and quick to whip up, chopped mango and banana add a beautiful, refreshing flavour, and it’s absolutely delicious!

- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 200g mango nectar
- 200g vanilla yoghurt
- 1 banana
Instructions
- Cut the mango into pieces and place in the Thermomix bowl.
- Peel a banana and add in with the mango.
- Weigh in the vanilla yoghurt and mango nectar.
- Close the lid, add the mc and blend for 20 seconds/speed 5.
Notes
- Frozen banana and mango can be used in place of fresh and creates a beautifully thick smoothie; they will just need to be blitzed for longer.
